During Vinitaly 2019, Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato is proud to present our new product of this year: the Asolo Docg Extra Brut with 3gr/lt of residual sugars , which is a result of a three months fermentation in the autoclave.
For this new wine, the young Docg Asolo Prosecco Superiore has been chosen and its characteristics create more structured wines, more mineral and tastier which pair well with low residual sugars.
The original wisteria colour of the label reminds one of the floreal scents which characterize Prosecco Superiore and the graphic part is the result of a calligraphic research of the expert Massimo Polello.
