Omnia, (from the Latin “all things, everything”), a simple word which brings us back to the winemaking of Ancient times, as preserved in the poems of San Venanzio Fortunato, and handed down from one generation to another in the small vineyard of our family.
By the new sparkling wine extra dry Omnia, we’ve drawn on an old family receipe,
a traditional blend of local grapes.
